What is The UnCube?

The UnCube is a workspace collective matching the user’s requirement for on-demand workspace for meetings, events, or just to work individually.

What is the difference between co-working offices and The UnCube?

Going beyond coworking spaces, The Uncube offers a network of work environments at key nodes in the city making them easily accessible. The price affordability without any membership fee makes it a flexible option.

F&B spaces are usually loud and not suited for work. How will that enable me to focus?

The Uncube spaces are curated to unleash your creativity and help you work better. Be it in a café or a hotel, the Uncube helsp you choose a space based on what you are looking for.

What are the timings available on your platform?

Timings are location specific. The first slot will be available from 8am and the last slot will end at 9pm.

What do I need to bring for my Uncube booking?

All you need to get are the essentials to get your work done (and of course, the booking details to show the location manager). Provision of high speed Internet will be available in all Uncube sites, and additional amenities including printer and projector will be available at a few locations.

Can I get my own eatables to an Uncube space?

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Your booking fee already includes an F&B package, the details of which are location specific.

Are the locations kids and pet friendly?

Sadly, pets are not allowed. You can bring your kids along only if the amenity list of your chosen space explicitly says so.

What amenities will be included in the seat price?

All amenities as mentioned while you make the booking would be made available without any hidden cost.

How do I become a member?

Sign–up on the website/app to register and book your space for desired time. You have then subscribed to become a member of The UnCube platform.

Can I extend my time at an Uncube location?

Sure! Just re-book on the app, and if there is availability you will be able to extend your booking.

Which modes of payment do you accept?

We only accept online payment through our website or the mobile App. No cash payments will be entertained.

Can clients/ guests visit me at my Uncube location?

You are free to bring an additional guest for an hour to hold meetings but an additional booking will have to be made for you guest at the location if he/ she spends additional time. Also additional F&B will have to be ordered for your guest at the locations.

How many seats can I book in one go?

You can book as many seats, for 30 days in advance at max.

Will I be given an exclusive table or will I have to share my table space?

If you have booked for an individual seat, you will be given an additional seat but sharing of table will depend upon the layout and availability. Group bookings are more likely to get an exclusive table.

Where can I communicate my queries, feedbacks, and complaints?

Will I get some networking opportunities as well with my membership?

We hold a variety of industry events like talks, seminars, and discussions that are open to members only. This is an excellent opportunity to network with other like-minded professionals.

Can I use an Uncube location as my official mailing address?

We are working on delivering that service with our soon to be launched virtual offices with mailing address and secretarial services.

What are the benefits of becoming an Uncube member?

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

My chosen location cancelled my booking. What should I do?

If the location has cancelled your booking, please reach out to us at  info@theuncube.com  or call us at  +91-92059 23289  and we will help relocate your booking to another venue.

What if there is no record of reservation when I reach the location?

Do you have a referral discount/ coupon policy?

Yes, we do. We’d love for you to tell your friends and family if you enjoy your experience at Uncube locations.

Is the platform only for corporates and freelancers or is it open to students too?

The motive behind Uncube is for people to work in settings that inspire creativity and productivity. It is open to everyone who respects the purpose of the platform.

Is it ok to leave my laptop/other belonging at the seat/desk if I have to run errands?

You can leave your belonging at your own risk.

What kind of places do you have on your platform?

Ranging from cafes, to restaurants to hotels, The Uncube has a host of spaces you can choose from.
